How do I update my email address?

  1. Log in to your account at martechbonanza.com.
  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select Manage Subscription.
  4. Under the General Information tab, click the Change button next to your email address.
  5. Enter your new email and click Submit.

I haven’t received my Slack invite. Can you help?

Slack invites are sent within one business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after completing the required New Member Form. This form helps us tailor your community experience.

You’ll be directed to it after upgrading, and it's also included in your welcome email (subject: "Welcome to Martech Bonanza!"). Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

How do I change my membership plan (monthly/annual)?

How do I cancel my membership?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click your profile icon, then select Manage Subscription.
  3. Choose to either Downgrade (you’ll still get the free newsletter) or Unsubscribe (fully cancel your account).

How do I update my payment method?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click your profile icon, then select Manage Subscription.
  3. You’ll be redirected to Stripe, where you can update or remove payment methods.
  4. Make sure to set the new method as your default.

I’m a premium subscriber but can’t access Slack. What should I do?

First, verify your subscription is still active by logging into your account.

If your subscription is active, double-check you're using the correct email to log into Slack. If that doesn’t work, try other email addresses you may have used—or contact us for help.

If your account shows as “free,” it’s possible:

  • Your payment failed (you should’ve received an email; updating your payment within two weeks prevents cancellation).


  • You unsubscribed from all emails, which also ends your membership. Reach out and we’ll assist you.

I can’t access premium content on the website. Why?

Make sure you're logged in using the email tied to your premium membership. If you're logged in but still seeing free content only, it could be due to:

  • Logging in with the wrong email.


  • A failed payment or cancelled membership (see above).

Can I pause my membership?

At this time, we don’t offer a pause option. You’re welcome to cancel and rejoin at any time.

How do I invite someone to join Slack?

Slack access is limited to premium members. If someone is interested, direct them to [this page] (link) to upgrade and complete the New Member Form. Once submitted, we’ll invite them within one business day.

How do I update my member directory profile?

Just email us with any updates you’d like to make, and we’ll take care of it.

How do I update my Slack profile?

Inside Slack, click your name in the top left > Edit Profile. From there, you can update your name, title, photo, and more.
